Start learning Icelandic today

I went to Multikulti for two courses, level 3 and 4, and I was very happy with my choice. I went to different Icelandic schools before, but I really liked that at Multikulti the emphasis was on vocabulary, grammar, and knowledge about Iceland. Also, you dive really deep into the matter, which allowed me to learn a lot.

Great language school!! I took Icelandic classes from level 1-5. I have leaned a lot thanks to Múltíkúltí. From not being able to speak a word of Icelandic I can now have conversations and understand written texts on various topics. The atmosphere is class was always really pleasant, and I made friends whom I stay in touch with long after the course is over. From my teachers I have leaned a lot about Icelandic culture, history and politics. To me Múltíkúltí has been more than a language school – it has been an essential part of my life in Iceland.

I owe a lot to Múltikúlti. I took courses 2 – 5, and it was one of the best things I could have done being new to Iceland. It prepared me for situations where I had to use Icelandic and improved my confidence when speaking with native speakers! The teachers are great, want you to do great, do what they can to help you grow, and always made it a safe learning space. The course material was AMAZING, and until now, I refer to it regularly. Classes were really enjoyable during the pandemic – both online and in-person, and I also met some cool people, who I still talk to even after finishing classes!!
