Elena has a M.A. degree in Primary school teaching (Karelian State Pedagogical University in Russia) and a M.A. degree in jurisprudence (University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia). She is a student in BA program Icelandic as a Second Language at the University of Iceland. Elena is a volunteer in the Red Cross where she helps immigrants learn Icelandic.
