Tanzania and Zanzibar Safari and More,

February 20th: Fly to Mwanza in Tanzania.

February 21st-24th: While staying in Mwanza, there will be visits to schools with partners Friends Kenya and Tanzania (hakizetu.org) and inspection of projects supported by them, mainly water collection for schools and tree planting projects in collaboration with Nourish Africa (https://nourishafrica.org/). Participants will have the opportunity to experience Tanzania in a different way than traditional tourists. Additionally, there will be an option to sail to Saanane National Park, located on a small island near Mwanza.

February 24th-28th: On the morning of February 24, the group will embark on safari jeeps to explore the diverse wildlife in Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks. This is the time when herds of wildebeests and zebras gather in the parks. It's also a period when lions and other big cats can be seen preparing for "The Big Migration", alongside the herds. Accommodation will be in well-equipped tents and a hotel in Arusha on the last night.

February 28th - March 4th: Fly from Kilimanjaro Airport to Zanzibar, where there will be accommodation at a luxury hotel for three nights, with the last night in Stone Town, the charming old quarter with a mix of Arab, European and African culture.

March 4th: Fly back home and arrive in Reykjavik on March 5.

Price: ISK 676,000 per person sharing a tent/room for two people.

-All flights to Tanzania (Mwanza and Zanzibar) and back to Iceland.
-All accommodation, in hotels and tents.
-Breakfast in hotels and full board on safari.
-Safari trips, with drivers, guides, and full board.
-Transportation to/from hotels and project visits.
